📦 Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)

🛑 Items not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Underwear, swimwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Customized or made-to-order items


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply


🔁 Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or item?
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.
This helps you secure the replacement before it sells out.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item:

  • Arrived damaged or defective

  • Was sent in error by our team

For returns due to error or damage, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We’ll prioritize replacements or offer full refunds where appropriate.


🌎 International Orders

International customers may return eligible items, but please note:

  • Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping and any related fees

  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency paid
